More than 20 years ago I used to work for Dirk Seghers at the Beursschouwburg, pretty much in the center of Brussels, in order to book local dj's, every Friday and Saturday, in the Beurscafé.
During that period I was following the growth of Dubstep in the UK and Dirk, the artistic manager of the venue at that time, was really curious about my enthusiasm and gave me "carte blanche" to book the artists I knew would represent the Dubstep phenomena.
So Skream (London) was booked, Dj Youngsta and his host Task (London) and also Dj Thinking (Bristol).
The excitement for that night reached its climax when, one week before, Mary Anne Hobbs gave me a shout during the legendary Breezeblock Dubstep Warz radio show on BBC Radio 1. From there I felt really confident about how the party will happen and indeed, it was sold out !
This night was the first of many others in Brussels and the whole Kingdom of Belgium.

About Dj Thinking, I recommend you this mix which has been recorded a couple of years before the party. It really blew me away and that's why I wanted the man to be at our first 100% Dubstep night in Belgium.
